Welcome to MIDWEST HOME REMODELING LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, communications, and any content provided through our platform, including but not limited to SMS, email, online portals, automation, and project onboarding (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the Services immediately.

MIDWEST HOME REMODELING LLC:

Users will receive appointment confirmation and reminders for their Outdoor Living Design Consultation with MIDWEST HOME REMODELING LLC. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Services may include lead follow-up messaging, project scheduling, automation through third-party platforms (e.g., CRM systems), and client support.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a condition of receipt of Services, Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain up-to-date contact details.
  • Comply with applicable laws.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

4. Messaging Programs & Communications

If you opt into SMS, email, or similar messaging services:

  • You consent to receive periodic communications related to project status, support, updates, and marketing.
  • Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" on SMS or following opt-out links in emails.

Services may be subject to fees, which will be agreed upon prior to commencement. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services. All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIDWEST HOME REMODELING LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
